On arrival please come directly to KMi (Berrill Building, Level 4) in order to register and receive your Welcome pack.

NOTE: The main Berrill entrance may be closed due to maintenance work. Please follow the diversion signs to the Reception area and take the stairs/lift to the 4th floor.

Social Programme

The Social Arrangements for the Workshop are as follows:
  • On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday a buffet lunch will be provided in the Berrill Cafι (Level Zero).


  • At 1730 on Tuesday we will have a poster display in Beale Suite, where a selection of cheeses and wine will be served. This is expected to last approximately 1 hour.


  • A Project Barbecue will be held on Wednesday evening at :
