Authors should submit a full paper electronically
as a PDF file via the submission form on the conference Web page.
Papers will be accepted either for oral presentation or for presentation
at a poster session – see below for more details on the poster
session.
Proceedings will be published in the Springer-Verlag series, Lecture
Notes in Artificial Intelligence (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/index.html)
The first page of submitted papers should include: title, author names,
affiliations, postal addresses, electronic mail addresses, telephone
and fax numbers for all authors, and a brief abstract. All correspondence
will be sent to the author mentioned as contact person in the electronic
title page (by default, the first author). Submissions should
not exceed 6000 words and should be printable on A4 paper
with at least 1 inch margins on all sides. Authors are encouraged
to use the Springer style files available at http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html.
At least one author must register for the conference.

If you are a new user register for an account. This involves creating a user profile. Otherwise ignore this step.
Login to the system.
Click on 'New submission'.
Select EKAW 2004 from the Conference Selection menu.
Follow the on screen instructions until you receive confirmation of your entry.

Notification of acceptance: May 15th 2004
Camera-ready copy of full paper: July 1st 2004
