Air:
The Innsbruck Airport is located 3km (2 miles) west of Innsbruck and is served mainly by Austrian Airlines and its subsidiary, Tyrolean. (www.innsbruck-airport.com).

The best gateways from New York are Frankfurt and Vienna (from there to Innsbruck on Tyrolean Airways). Flying time from Zurich and Frankfurt is 50 to 70 minutes.

Transfers Between the Airport and Town:

Bus:
Buses (Line F) to the city center (Maria-Theresien-Strasse) take about 20 minutes. Get your ticket from the bus driver; it costs €1.50.

Taxi:
Taxis should take no more than 10 minutes into town, and the fare is about €7.25-€10.90.

Train:
Direct trains serve Innsbruck from Munich, Vienna, Rome and Zurich. All arrive at the railroad station Sudtiroler Platz
