Please enter your details in the form below to register for this event, once you have submitted the form you will be emailed a link to your payment request form which you will need to print out and fax back to the payments office.

Below is a break down of the registration fees, you must register and pay before the 20th of August to be charged at the normal rate. Please note if you cancel your registration after payment has been received refunds will not be provided.
