Co-written with her AgentLink colleagues the paper compares the successful deployment of agent technology in a diverse range of industry sectors, providing a number of key lessons on how to commercialize agent technology. Roxana is currently working in KMi on the SUPER project which will combine semantic web services technology with business process modeling tools to semi-automate business process management. One of Roxanas main roles in the project is to deploy the resulting SUPER technology within the Spanish telecommunications company Telefonica.
