Teresa Connolly recently represented KMi at the UNESCO International workshop "Open Educational Resources and Intellectual Property Rights" held at the Russian National Research University - Higher School of Economics, Moscow. Her presentation "Collaborate to compete" included descriptions of numerous OER based projects, including ROLE, as examples of achieving best practice through collaboration. More than 50 participants attended the two day workshop from Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
