ROBUST Second Year Review
Miriam Fernandez, Saturday 19 January 2013 | Annotate
ROBUST passed its second year review with flying colours last December in Luxembourg. ROBUST is a €7M year project involving several leading academic institutes as well as businesses such as IBM and SAP.
Two of the main highlights of the review were prototypes produced by IBM and SAP, that integrate several ROBUST technologies to support the management of their online communities.
A key component in both demonstrators was the behaviour service developed in KMi, which analyses the IBM and SAP communities data and graphs and generates a map of the various behaviour categories that are emerging from those communities, and predicts their future health.
The reviewers highlighted the high commercial potential of the presented analyses and encoranged the consortium to develop a strong business plan to maximize the exploitation and profit of the work developed within the project.
