Harmonizing Musical Heritage: The Polifonia Project’s Innovative Approach

Nancy Pontika, Tuesday 23 Jul 2024

The Polifonia project has recently joined forces with the EuropeanaTech community and the Europeana PRO platform to further the digital harmonization of musical heritage knowledge.

Through this partnership, a webinar took place featuring KMi’s Alba Morales Tirado, who discussed the MEETUPS pilot, and touched upon the critical infrastructure aspects, including the Ecosystem and Data Management.

The insights shared during the webinar highlight Polifonia’s mission to create a cohesive digital environment that preserves and enhances access to Europe’s rich musical heritage.

You can watch the full webinar here and read more about our journey on the Europeana PRO platform’s blog here.
