On the 10^th anniversary of establishing the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Principles of Water Governance, Kevin Collins attended the 20^th meeting of the OECD Water Governance Initiative (WGI) at the OECD HQ in Paris 28-29^th January.
