KMi at Community Memory, Prato 2006

KMi's work on Bletchley Park and the Open Guide to Milton Keynes was presented at the CIRN annual conference in Prato, Italy, last week. Mark Gaved presented a paper linking the KMi developed Bletchley Park Tour Guides services, Bletchley Park Text (a tool to allow people to follow up their museum visit using mobile phones) and the community guide to Milton Keynes developed in KMi. The conferences was attended by a mixture of community informatics researchers, practitioners, archivists and librarians; bringing a wide range of interests and perspectives to the event.
