Betty Collis (Twente U.) Visit
Peter Scott, Wednesday 17 Mar 2004Had a nice chat with Betty (Shell Network Professor at Twente) about interesting things for Shell. She menioned a range of groups in Shell that could use some KMi stuff. She came to look at Hex, but I also showed buddyspace and rostra – which she was very interested in; and talked about compendium and coAKTing – which seemed to interest her even more.
She is very keen on the idea of a rostra that allows one to contribute the same (similar) news to multiple sources (we are working on aggregation atm) but got very excited by the idea of using the coAkting meeting recording tool …
She will join prolearn as an assoc partner. And hopefully give good feedback to Shell abt the Hex possibiities.
