Stefan Rueger named programme co-chair for ECIR 2013

Professor Stefan Rüger of KMi was named programme co-chair of ECIR 2013 to be held in Moscow in March 2013.
This is the 35th annual instalment of the conference, which has been held in previous years in Toulouse (2009), Milton Keynes (2010), Dublin (2011) and Barcelona (2012), and which is considered the main European forum for presenting research in the field of Information Retrieval.
