QualiChain publishes special track proceedings

Alexander Mikroyannidis has co-edited the proceedings of the 12th International Conference on Mobile, Hybrid, and On-line Learning (eLmL 2020). The eLmL 2020 proceedings include the papers of the QualiChain Special Track on “Decentralised Qualifications on the Blockchain”. Project partners have contributed 6 papers that describe the context and goals of the QualiChain pilots, the key research questions driving the evaluation of the pilots, as well as the overall framework of the project.

The QualiChain research and innovation project focuses on the assessment of the technical, political, socio- economic, legal and cultural impact of decentralisation solutions on education. QualiChain is targeting four key areas for exploring the impact of decentralisation: (i) lifelong learning; (ii) smart curriculum design; (iii) staffing the public sector; (iv) providing HR consultancy and competency management services.
