This lecture proposes a top-level agenda for research and development in technology-enhanced learning (TEL) from the background of the STELLAR and TEL-MAP projects.
On a 5-10 year horizon, research and development of learning technology and practice should pay particular attention to Grand Challenges for TEL in the areas of awareness, engagement, and massive collaboration.

We are also inviting top experts in AI and Knowledge Technologies to discuss major socio-technological topics with an audience that comprises both members of the Knowledge Media Institute, as well as the wider staff at The Open University. Differently from our seminar series, these events follow a Q&A format.
