Until April 2019, I served as the Senior Technology Officer at KMi, where I led the Systems, Development, and Project Officers Teams. In this role, I oversaw the institute’s technology development and utilisation plan, managing all information technology resources. I held primary responsibility for the day-to-day technology operations, including planning, developing, implementing, managing, and expanding the institute’s technology infrastructure. My duties also encompassed ensuring the availability, efficiency, and financial sustainability of all technology-related components within KMi.
