READ-IT chatbot
The READ-IT chatbot is a response to the halt of engagement activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Telegram chatbot developed using Flow.ai platform for supporting crowdsourcing reading experiences. The chatbot is available in six languages and used in events in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Croatia. This solution is an unplanned output of the EU JPI READ-IT project, designed and developed in the last months of the project to support the replanning of engagement activities as remote.
