Given that stories are an effective and appropriate means of knowledge communication and discovery; and given the wealth of stories among medical professionals in online discussion forums, attention turns to capturing and making available a valuable resource.<br>

This is a story about designing a minimally constrained story-making space for use by medical people generally. Suitable organizational concepts, naturally enough, are drawn from literary theory.
