The Knowledge Media Institute (KMi) is looking for a Research Assistant or a Research Associate to work jointly on two EU funded projects.

The HUB4FIRE project will strengthen and coordinate the work done by on-going and upcoming projects, focusing on Next Generation Internet Experimentation (NGI-E), with the goal to transform the current NGI-E setting into an increasingly dynamic, collaborative and participatory Innovation Ecosystem capable of effectively supporting and coordinating activities across the whole NGI landscape and provide a collaborative platform.

The Up2U project is to bridge the gap between secondary schools and higher education and research by better integrating formal and informal learning scenarios, and adapting both the technology and the methodology that students will most likely be facing in universities. The project will focus on the context of secondary schools, which provide secondary education between the ages of 11 and 19, after primary school and before higher education.
