					Snr Manager (Digital Development Services)
As Senior Manager of the Digital Development Services my role involves shaping the digital footprint of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Faculty. This role is a strategic leadership position that carries significant responsibility for ensuring that the faculty's digital presence aligns with its objectives and effectively represents its activities, research, and initiatives to the online community.
My team is responsible for overseeing the entire digital development process, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance. This involves setting the strategic direction for the faculty's digital initiatives, defining the digital roadmap, and ensuring that it aligns with the broader organisational goals. I play a critical role in harnessing the team's creative and technical capabilities, fostering collaboration, and encouraging innovation to enhance the online experience for stakeholders, students, faculty members, and external partners.
My aim is to enhancing the faculty's online visibility, facilitating effective communication, and delivering a seamless digital experience that empowers students, faculty, and researchers to thrive in the digital age.
